Our client’s coastal beach house bathroom was outdated, dark, and cramped due to a side-by-side laundry closet. To meet the goal of brightening the space and improving functionality, we gutted the bathroom and removed the laundry closet walls, opting for stackable units. This allowed us to add custom-built cabinetry for ample storage and a white quartz countertop for a clean, functional laundry alcove.

We replaced the old vanity with a freestanding driftwood vanity, accented by a shiplap wall and a nautical porthole mirror. The outdated tub was upgraded to a luxurious, extra-long model with white textured tiles, and a double French door glass shower enclosure was added to enhance light and space. Radiant floor heating beneath slate tiles and Kohler Purist bath fittings integrated with H2wise+ smart home monitoring completed the transformation, creating a bright, airy, and luxurious coastal bathroom.
