The renovation of our client’s coastal beach house combines creative reuse, thoughtful design, and functional innovation, transforming a modular structure into a stunning home. We started with a complete exterior overhaul, correcting improper weatherproofing and installing CertainTeed cedar shake siding in a driftwood blend for durability and visual appeal.

The existing decks were expanded and upgraded with glass railings and Azek’s Vintage Collection decking, enhancing both space and views. Addressing driveway and lawn issues involved extensive excavation, new base materials, and a smart irrigation system. The addition of a bluestone fire pit, landscape lighting, and a matching shed further elevated the property.
